In November 2010 I went to [Town], [City] for 5 days with the British Army. During my time with the Army I took part in a series of activities which tested my motivation and dedication. I was required to maintain my sleeping area to British Army standards. I completed the same physical training tasks which are required by the British Army. I also learned how to cook food and set up a sleeping area with little resources in a short amount of time.
For my second work experience option I worked at [City] college for 5 days. I was required to listen to and follow instructions which included cleaning machinery to a high standard. I was also required to use machinery which I already had some knowledge of as well as using precision measuring instruments which I had not used before.

Thank’s ‘?’. Yeah I noticed that I wrote ‘manor’ instead of ‘manner’ when I read it through. Please note that this was wrote up in the space of 10 – 15 minutes as a draft, I can write better than this I swear haha. Thanks for the tips!
Hi there. I am an ex teacher and was a form tutor so i have seen a few cvs in my time! Firstly, check through ur cv for spelling mistakes -u can’t have a good telephone manor – i think u meant manner! U have also used ‘good knowledge’ a lot so maybe come up with some alternatives such as a good working knowledge, expertise, etc.
Also i wouldn’t say i have got a good telephone manner but i have a professional/friendly and professional etc telephone manner.Try not to repeat words too much – i have done it here to show u the effect. If u r going to have a section on socialising, u might need to say a bit more about what u do! As long as it’s not detrimental to ur job opportunities lol!
